AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by ODESNA Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
SERVICES DESCRIPTION
ODESNA Studio provides interior design services including but not limited to:
- Virtual home staging and digital furnishing
- Online interior design consulting
- Full interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces
- Real estate marketing visual services
PROJECT ENGAGEMENT
All projects begin with a consultation to determine scope, timeline, and pricing. A formal agreement or proposal will be provided before work commences. By accepting a proposal, you agree to the specific terms outlined therein.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, renderings, and creative materials produced by ODESNA Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the designs for their intended purpose. We reserve the right to use project images for our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their space and requirements
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make decisions within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays
- Provide necessary access to properties when required
- Pay all invoices according to the agreed schedule
REVISIONS AND CHANGES
The number of revisions included in each service will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant scope changes during a project may require a revised proposal and timeline.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be specified in individual agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on project stage.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ODESNA Studio provides design services and recommendations in good faith. We are not liable for damages resulting from implementation of designs by third parties, changes in material availability, or unforeseen construction issues. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
VIRTUAL STAGING DISCLAIMER
Virtual staging images are digital representations and may not exactly match physical implementation. Images are for marketing purposes and buyers should verify actual property conditions. We are not responsible for discrepancies between virtual staging and physical reality.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, appropriate legal channels.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
